MST

I’m mostly posting to try out a new (new, again) WordPress theme and to see if my links to del.icio.us etc are active now. Sorry for the boring post.

Daylight Savings Time ended this morning at 2:00. I’m amazed at how different this feels this year as opposed to last year- I guess it’s because when I was on sabbatical, I was not at all keen to see time passing, so I posted about how depressing November is and all that. And it’s still depressing, the worst month of the year in my opinion (in the northern hemisphere, at least), but while I had nothing but returning to work to “look forward” to then, today I’m chuffed to feel DST finally behind us and to know that it’s not just a month and a half–less, really–until we leave for our adventure in Asia. Then, again, Berlin beckons in February, another summer soon after that… it’s all good.

Rejoinder to last post: I had five trick-or-treaters. Just five. I have a big pile of twizzlers and nibs now and it gives me no joy to eat it.

US election Tuesday. Lots on the line. More to come, for sure.
